If you have specific questions/requests, feel free to ask; we will respond accordingly. We can be reached Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.  We try to schedule pick up appointments Saturday and Sunday between 10-2.   Exceptions can be made if necessary.  Thanks Brian @ Happy Rock Pets
